Where do you ship from?
We ship from Brisbane, Australia. (We are 100% online and do not offer pickup, sorry)
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping which is only $8.50 and orders over $120 get free shipping!
We know paying for shipping isn't ideal so we recommend ordering with friends to make the most of it!
How long will it take to get my order?
NOTE: due to COVID19 we are currently only posting once a week on Tuesdays. Express post is currently unavailable.
We pack and send orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We ship with Australia Post, estimated shipping for Registered Parcel in Australia is 2-7 days. Most packages are small enough to be delivered to your letter box.
Most areas receive Express Post within 1-2 days of it being sent, rural areas take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via an email from Australia Post once your parcel has been sent (you may find it in your junk mail folder).

We do offer International Shipping which takes 3-6 weeks depending on the destination.
